Initial investment

The projected initial investment range for a single candy store start-up location is between $396,800 and $771,000. This amount includes an initial franchise fee of $40,000, which can be discounted for qualified military veterans.

Additional costs

Franchisees are required to pay royalties at a rate of 5% of gross sales for the preceding week. Franchisees also pay a monthly technology fee of $300. These royalties and fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of services and product selections, as well as marketing tools, training programs and systems upgrades.

Advertising contribution

Franchisees also contribute a system marketing fee of up to 2% of gross sales for the preceding week. Collected funds are used to develop marketing strategies that promote the River Street Sweets • Savannah’s Candy Kitchen brand. Your contribution will also fund the creative costs to develop local franchise marketing materials and campaigns.
